In the very heart of North Grenville, the North Grenville Municipal Centre boasts a perfect environment for a successful wedding or banquet. Whether you use the whole center or a single room, our flexibility means that we can customize our facilities to match your requirements. The Municipal Centre is fully air-conditioned and offers in-house audio visual services.

 Our Location

The North Grenville Municipal Centre is located in Kemptville, Ontario, in the heart of North Grenville. The Municipal Centre is strategically located thirty minutes south of the Nation’s Capital, Ottawa, and Ottawa’s Macdonald-Cartier International Airport (view maps).

 Our Facility

Our community hall is bright and spacious and includes a lobby, a patio and a coat check area. With the capability to divide the community hall into 3 rooms, we can comfortably accommodate various size groups, from 20 to 300. We can set up your room as you desire or our experienced staff can assist you with ideas for floor layout. Browse some sample room layouts.  Catering

The community hall features a professional kitchen & beverage bar area for the caterer of your choice. We can provide a list of caterers for you to choose from if you would like suggestions.

 Wedding Specials 

Choosing one of the “wedding specials” allows ample time for the decorating of the room prior to your wedding and offers you a financial savings of between $350 and $550 in comparison to the usual hourly rate charged (view hourly rental rates).

Friday night & all day Saturday

• $1095.00 (North Grenville resident)
• $1330.00 (non-resident)

Wedding Special B:

All day Saturday

• $930.00 (North Grenville resident)
• $1095.00 (non-resident)

 Civil Marriages & Marriage Licences

Marriage Licenses are available from the Clerk's Office.  The Clerk’s Office can also perform civil marriages in the Province of Ontario. Staff are available to perform marriages either during or after regular business hours. There are a number of marriage ceremonies that can be tailored to meet your needs.  The fee for a civil marriage is $250.00.  Please contact the Clerk's Office to set up an appointment.
