Electronic Waste

The Municipality of North Grenville has also begun a free drop off battery recycling program with Raw Materials Company Inc. (RMC). RMC recycles over 95% of the components found in dead batteries. All of the components are put back into energy production, eliminating the need to mine for more of these precious materials. Recycling Drums for the batteries can be found at the following drop off locations: Oxford Mills Waste Transfer Station, North Grenville Public Library, North Grenville Municipal Centre (arena lobby and 2nd floor reception, 285 County Road 44, Kemptville), and the Kemptville Fire Department.
