Heritage North Grenville
The Heritage Division works in close co-ordination with the Planning, Building and Economic Development functions of the Department. It provides technical support for the Municipality’s Heritage Advisory Committee. It maintains and monitors an Inventory of over 1,000 heritage properties in the Municipality, which could be threatened by demolition or development. Some of the other projects which the Division has been actively involved with include the creation of Walking Tours, and research and development on articles on various aspects of the community’s history.
