Leaders-In-Training Program

Introduces the basics of leadership in a recreation setting by providing two training sessions and a minimum of three weeks of hands-on placement to apply new skills and gain valuable practical experience. Participants will be closely supervised and have the benefit of frequent evaluation and feedback regarding their progress.
