ONLINE
Over the past decade, Kemptville’s downtown core has continued to grow and thrive and offers a distinctly small-town/rural lifestyle and has seen a significant revival over the last few years. This means the tourism business here is growing as well!
Tourists have diverse ways of getting to North Grenville; bike, boat, road and more. Many of the regional bus routes remain suspended, and a municipal transit system is yet to be implemented (soon though!); this means visitors often lean towards driving here, and we need to make sure their parking needs are met. In the meantime, the municipality is installing many bike racks throughout the neighbourhood.
Though this creates opportunity for cool tourism events such as the "Disco Bus," where people can organize group visits to Kemptville and the hamlets, it just isn't for everyone.
Residents and businesses are encouraged to attend and provide insight to help identify current parking gaps Downtown Kemptville.
