F.I.T Ladies Bootcamp:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 5:30am, noon and 5:30pm each day (free trial class)
45 minute training sessions that work the whole body and cater to all ages and abilities. The class is set in 30 second intervals which allows each participant to work at their own pace – working to the best of your unique abilities!
