Yoga for Core Strength - at Wandering Path Yoga

This Hatha based class has the aim of building strength in the entire core body, this class flows through sun salutations and repetitions of core strengthening poses. Mindful breathing techniques are offered to calm and focus the mind during poses, building stronger self determination.
