 </strong></p><ol><li>Play is self-organized in this unsupervised, drop-in a
 ctivity. All levels are welcome for recreational, non-competitive play.</li
 ><li>Hockey gloves and CSA approved helmets are REQUIRED for all players.</
 li><li>Full hockey equipment REQUIRED for ages 10 and under and is recommen
 ded for ages 11 and over.</li><li>Players ages 12 and under require a guard
 ian who is 16 or older to be present (can be observing or participating).</
 li><li>No body contact.</li><li>No lifting the puck or slapshots.</li><li>O
 nly one puck on the ice during a game.</li><li>No boots or shoes allowed on
  the ice.</li></ol>
