The summit strives to identify innovative opportunities, share success stories, and facilitate the development of critical relationships to grow affordable housing in Leeds and Grenville.

You will hear from non-profit housing developers, funding sources, and housing providers experienced in creating affordable housing solutions. Network with colleagues dedicated to increasing affordable housing in our community, and gain a better understanding of development solutions and financing options to get shovels in the ground on your next project.

• Affordable Housing project development
• Spotlight on municipal Affordable Housing initiatives
• Infrastructure needs to support the development of housing in rural areas
