Public Meeting - Zoning By-law Amendments

Take notice that the Corporation of the Municipality of North Grenville will hold a public meeting on Monday, July 20, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the North Grenville Municipal Centre (285 County Road 44) to consider the following three items:

Proposed Zoning By-Law Amendment, File # ZBA-8-15, under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990, as amended, will be considered at that time.

The purpose of this application is to amend the zoning on Part of 508 Clothier St, W., Part Lot 25, Concession 3, Geographic Township of Oxford-on-Rideau, now the Municipality of North Grenville, from Residential - First Density (R1) to Residential - Fourth Density - Special Exception (R4-9) to permit the lands to be developed for a 6-unit apartment building and to vary several zone provisions. Proposed Zoning By-Law Amendment, File # ZBA-15-14, under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990, as amended, will be considered at that time.

The purpose of this application is to amend the zoning on 30 Main Street, Lot 19 and Part Lot 18 on Registered Plan 8, Geographic Township of Oxford-on-Rideau, now the Municiality of North Grenville, from Local Commercial (C2) to Residential - First Density (R1) to allow residential uses on the subject property. Proposed Zoning By-Law Amendment, File # ZBA-9-15, under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990, as amended, will be considered at that time.

The purpose of this application is to amen dthe zoning on 1205 Whitney Road, Part Lot 12, Concession 5, Geographic Township of South Gower, now the Municipality of North Grenville from Rural (RU) to Rural - Special Exception (RU-47) to permit coffee roasting as an additional permitted use on the subject lands.
