Public Meeting - Zoning By-law Amendment - eQuinelle

Take notice that the Corporation of the Municipailty of North Grenville will hold a public meeting on Monday, July 6, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the North Grenville Municipal Centre (285 County Road 44) to consider the following items:

A proposed Zoning By-Law Amendment, File # ZBA-6-15, under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990 as amended will be considered at that time:

The purpose of this application is to amend the zoning in eQuinelle Drive, Part of Lot 25, Concession 1, from Rural (RU) to Residential - First Density - Special Exception (R1-19) and Tourist Commercial (C7) to permit single-detached dwellings and a golf course pathway to be developed on the subject lands. The same lands are the subject of an existing application under the Planning Act for a Plan of Subdivision (File No. 07-T-13005).

A proposed Zoning By-Law Amendment, File # ZBA-7-15, under Section 43 of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990, as amended will be considered at that time.

The purpose of this application is to amend the zoning on 511 County Road 44, Part of Lot 27, Concession 5, frum Rural (RU) to Residential - First Density (R1) and to permit single-detached dwellings and satisfy a condition of severance. The same lands are the subject of an existing application under the Planning Act for a Consent to Sever (File No. B-118-14 and B-119-14).
