NOTICE: Construction work to connect underground services continues on Ryan’s Well Drive with a full overnight closure.
Notice: Please be advised that scheduled tree maintenance will be taking place at Maplewood Park on May 26 and 27, 2026. The work will include selective pruning of tree limbs to support the long-term health, maintenance, and safety of the park’s trees.
As part of a system-wide water main flushing program, the Municipality of North Grenville will be cleaning water mains in the Town of Kemptville. Flushing water mains is necessary to remove sediment and iron that gradually deposit in the pipes. Cleaning will take place from Mon - Fri, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in some areas.
The Municipality of North Grenville is updating the 2019 Transportation Master Plan (TMP) and the 2019 Commuter Cycling Plan (CCP). This updated document, being referred to as the Mobility Master Plan (MMP), is being developed to:
- Direct municipal policy and infrastructure investments over the next 10-20 years;
- Support growth and development to achieve broader community connectivity goals;
- Provide safe, comfortable and connected active mobility options and integrated choices; and
- Identify opportunities for enhanced sustainable practices and processes to support implementation.
NOTICE: Construction work to connect underground services will take place on Ryan’s Well Drive on Wednesday, May 20th and Thursday, May 21st, 2026. Work will occur from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. during which traffic will be reduced to single-lane alternating. Certified traffic control personnel will be on site at all times, and the road will reopen at the end of each workday.
