Parks, recreation and culture facilities and services are vital to our high quality of life. To ensure that we are focused on the highest priorities, we are seeking community input on local needs. We want to know how our residents use parks and facilities, as well as how we can improve public spaces and services for other generations.

The Master Plan will impact all residents through the identification of park and facility improvements, trail connections, new activities and programs, and more. It will assist the Municipality and its partners in making strategic investments to encourage a healthy community, strong economy and sustainable environment.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the public consultation this fall. Over 1,100 people participated via the online survey, attended an open house, or participated in a stakeholder discussion.

The Final Master Plan is now available (see "Key Documents" on this page).
