Request for Proposal - Kemptville Campus Education & Community Hub Project Manager - 1 Year Contract

The Municipality of North Grenville is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional services in the capacity of Project Manager responsible for, but not limited to, the start-up phase of operations and leading the development of a Business Plan for the first 5 years of the Education and Community Hub as it grows in its partnership mandate and activities.  The details are available in the full RFP available here.

 Request for Proposal - Parks & Recreation Management Software System Replacement Project

The Municipality of North Grenville is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Parks & Recreation Management Software System Replacement Project.

A full description of the project, scope of work and instructions to bidder are set out within the RFP document. It is strongly recommended that interested companies register on the Bidder List to ensure they are advised of any addendum to the original RFP. To register, please email .

The Municipality of North Grenville encourages competition among suppliers in order to maximize savings for taxpayers. The purchasing process is transparent and equitable ensuring fairness among bidders.

Purchasing Procedures

There are a variety of purchasing procedures in place to ensure openness and accountability. The Municipality is also aware of the regulations set out in the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act as it pertains to any purchases or business transactions the Municipality is involved in.

Quotations – The Municipality will seek three verbal quotations for items under $2,000 and three written quotations for items ranging from $2,000 to $10,000.

Tenders – The Municipality will issue a tender for items $10,000 and over.

Requests for Proposals – The Municipal may seek a Request for Proposal (RFP) for an item of any dollar value, which may include professional and consulting services.
