The Housing Accelerator Fund

Many houses in rows

The new federal funding will support lasting change to help address the housing crisis in our community.

Over the next three years, the Municipality will receive up to 5.2 million dollars to help deliver 671 new homes, including 289 missing middle units (townhouses, tiny homes, secondary dwellings, etc.), with 114 units being offered at or below average market value.

Thanks to this funding, we can reduce barriers to building homes in our community. This helps accelerate accessible and affordable housing.
