The Rideau Canal Tip to Tip Trail is an easy walk along the Rideau Canal with a round trip length of just over four kilometres, taking about one hour to complete.
Numbered trail markers along the path highlight features along the trail that were either influenced by or important in the construction of the Rideau Canal. Text for these markers are found on the trail map.
This trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and camping.
Visit the historic Burritts Rapids Lockstation and the town of Burritts Rapids. This recreational trail is mostly flat with minimal incline.
Note: Parking is available at the lockstation on the west end of the trail off of River Road.
