Seniors' Exercise Class (Zoom)
Stretch and strengthen exercise classes for seniors, presented by Seniors' Community Services.
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm / Thursdays from 9:00 am - 10:00 am and from 10:30 am - 11:30 am
Exercise classes are held virtually on Zoom and provide a well-rounded exercise program to increase balance, strengthen core and help with overall range of motion. Classes focus on increasing coordination, mobility, strength and feeling good!
A trained instructor will lead and support you to a healthier, more active lifestyle.
