Join Dr. Shawn Yakimovich, Naturopathic Doctor for a Medicinal Herb Walk in the Ferguson Forest Centre! We will meet at the parking lot on the Settlers Trail, located on the west side of Highway 44, just north of Kemptville Public School.

Led by local Naturopathic Doctor, this popular walk is a guided tour of common plants used for healing. Participants learn about the history and current uses of the plants surrounding us, walking on a shaded path in the forest.

Dress for the weather, and bring bug repellent! Also bring a notpad to record items of interest. The trail is gravel and flat. All ages welcome.

Enjoy a little exercise and become familiar with the medicines that grow all around us! The herb walk is free and is co-hosted by the Friends of the Ferguson Forest Centre.
