"big baNG" presents their end-of-year performance on May 8 from 7-8:30 pm at the North Grenville Municipal Centre Theatre. This group consists of 30 students from grades 8-12 who respectfully learn and perform traditional music from West Africa including drumming, singing and dancing. This year will include some Cuban music taught to the group by Joaquin Nunez Hildalgo, front-of-house percussionist with The Lion King (Toronto) and Juno award winner. Admission is by donation with proceeds going to both Beth Donovan Hospice and "big baNG".
