Is This Normal? Coping with Grief and Loss Presented by Amy Tibben, BDH Bereavement Counsellor Grief can feel overwhelming and, at times, confusing. In this session, BDH Bereavement Counsellor Amy Tibben explores the many ways grief can show up in our lives. Participants will learn about common emotional and physical responses to grief, challenge common myths, and gain a better understanding of what is considered “normal” when coping with loss. Guidance on how to find support will also be shared. This is an educational session. There is no expectation to share personal experiences.
