Beth Donovan Hospice Join us for a free educational session focused on understanding and supporting brain health at every stage of life. Presented by Sean McFadden of the Alzheimer Society of Leeds & Grenville, this session will explore why brain health matters, what factors can influence it, and simple, practical steps you can take to help reduce your risk of dementia. Participants will learn about everyday lifestyle choices that support cognitive well-being and walk away with tools to promote brain health for themselves, their families, and their communities. Caregivers are invited to join us early at 1:00 PM for a Caregiver Coffee—an opportunity to connect, learn, and share before the session begins. This session is free, and all are welcome.
