Art, Chrome & Community Spirit Roll Into Downtown Kemptville

This Father’s Day, The North Grenville Arts Guild is bringing colour, creativity, and community together for its very first Art in the Park - a lively outdoor celebration of local art happening at Riverside Park on Reuben Crescent in downtown Kemptville. This family-friendly event is presented in partnership with the Downtown Kemptville BIA and joins forces with the Highway 43 Car Club Father’s Day Car Display and a community BBQ hosted by the Oxford Mills Girl Guides - creating a perfect mix of art, classic cars, great food, and small-town charm.

Visitors can stroll through the park and discover more than 20 local artists showcasing their work beneath outdoor tents along the east side of Riverside Park. Experience a diverse range of artistic styles and mediums in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere where there will be plenty to explore, admire, and maybe even take home. Guests will also have the chance to chat with artists, hear the stories behind the work, and experience the creative energy that makes North Grenville’s arts community so special.

And because no Father’s Day outing is complete without a little horsepower, the classic car display will add plenty of shine and nostalgia to the day. Pair that with a burger from the BBQ and an afternoon outdoors and you’ve got the recipe for a memorable community celebration.
