Thinking about renting, or already renting and want to feel more confident navigating the process?

CSE Consulting is excited to offer the RentSmart Certification course, in collaboration with the Municipality of North Grenville. This program helps tenants better understand renting, including budgeting, tenant and landlord responsibilities, housing applications, communication and more, while participating in a fun, group-based atmosphere!

Participants who complete the course will receive a Certificate of Completion that can help demonstrate their readiness as a responsible tenant.
