Public Notice of Application under Aggregate Resources Act

Name of Applicant: R.W. Tomlinson Ltd.

Application is for: a license for a new pit.

This application proposes a Class A license to excavate 1,000,000 tonnes of aggregate (annual limit) from a below the ground water table pit.

The proposed site is 44.1 hectares in size and is proposed to be located at Part of Lots 13 & 14, Concession 8, Geographic Township of Oxford on Rideau, Municipality of North Grenville, County of Leeds and Grenville.

A public information session will be held on July 14, 2026, at the North Grenville Municipal Centre, Suite A (285 County Road 44, Kemptville, ON K0G 1J0) from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm to provide information to the public and answer questions related to the application.
