Charlee’s Run WOD
Join us for the annual Charlee’s Run WOD at CrossFit Kemptville.
Workout will run every hour on the hour and is scaleable for ALL fitness levels and ages!
Cost to register is $20 with 100% of this money being donated to the Family Birthing Unit at Winchester District Memorial Hospital.
*Kids under 12 are free*

Every registration also includes entry into the prize draws that will be done every hour! We will also have a vendor city with lots of awesome local vendors to browse! And we can’t forget to mention free coffee courtesy of No Go Coffee to keep us all fueled!
Raffles, door prizes, great workout, amazing community all while raising money for the littlest of patients at WDMH… what could be better?!
