NG26-16 2026 Water and Wastewater Cost of Service, Rate Review, and Financial Plan Study

The Municipality is currently seeking the services of a consulting firm to determine the cost of service, complete a rate review study, and update the 2020 Financial Plan to satisfy the requirements under the Safe Drinking Water Act.  

A summary of key dates are as follows:

  • Distribution of RFP – March 31, 2026
  • Consultant Clarification Question Submission Deadline – April 9, 2026 at 4:30PM local time
  • NG Clarification Answer Distribution (at the latest)  - April 16, 2026
  • Submission of proposal – April 30, 2026 at 2:00PM local time
  • Anticipated award of assignment  - June 4, 2026
