RFP NG26-34 – Municipal Class Environmental Assessment, Schedule C, Jack Street Syphon and Curry St Sanitary Main

The Municipality is seeking the services of a consulting firm to prepare a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (MCEA), Schedule 'C' with the intent to upgrade three manhole to manhole sections of the sanitary main on Curry Street and replace and twin the Jack Street to Curry Street Syphon.

A summary of key dates are as follows:

  • Distribution of RFP – September 23, 2026
  • Consultant Clarification Question Submission Deadline – October 6. 2026 at 4:30pm
  • NG Clarification Answer Distribution (at the latest)  - October 15, 2026
  • Submission of proposal – October 29. 2026 at 2pm (physical bid submission)
  • Anticipated award of assignment  - December 1, 2026
