The Municipality is currently looking for a qualified, multidisciplinary consultant to complete necessary investigations and detailed design of a sanitary sewer on Rideau River Road South and Van Buren St, for the southeast catchment area of Kemptville. Rideau River Rd is an urban, arterial roadway within the Town of Kemptville, and Van Buren St is an urban, collector roadway within the Town of Kemptville. Both streets are under the jurisdiction of the United Counites of Leeds and Grenville and are currently serviced with open ditching and a looped watermain.
This design is being completed to support existing and proposed development in the area. The design would be for approximately 1200m of sanitary sewers, as well as approximately 275m of watermain.

- Consultant Clarification Question Submission Deadline - March 13, 2026 @ 4:30PM
- NG Clarification Answer Distribution (at the latest) - March 24, 2026
- Submission of proposal - March 31, 2026 @ 2:00PM
- Anticipated award of assignment - May 6th, 2026
