- Consultant Clarification Question Submission Deadline – April 28, 2026 @ 4:30PM
- NG Clarification Answer Distribution (at the latest) - May 7, 2026
- Submission of proposal – May 14, 2026 at 2pm (physical bid submission)
- Anticipated award of assignment - May 21, 2026
