Our hearts are with a local family whose world was turned upside down after their son was involved in a tragic ski accident. 

To help support them through this unimaginable time, I'll be hosting a Fundraiser Workout Class, with 100% of proceeds going directly to the family to help cover medical, travel, and daily living expenses.

This class is about more than fitness — it’s about community, compassion, and showing up when it matters most.

Cost: minimum $10 donation

The class is a mix of strength and cardio. You just need a set or 2 of weights, a mat and water!
