This free six-week training series offers practical information, hands-on learning and support to help family and informal caregivers feel more prepared and confident in their caregiving role.

Over six weeks, we’ll cover navigating care, communication and advance care planning, hands-on personal care, what to expect at end of life, grief and funeral planning, and caring for yourself along the way.
