Outdoor Winter Carnival - FREE Family fun events include games, costume races, Igloos, snow sculpture's,  scavenger hunt, Food Trucks, night programming- include fire and glow shows, dance shows, youth led dance, fire pits, music, Ice skating and other ice event throughout the day at the new Riverside Park Outdoor Rink.
