Canada Post has indicated the possibility of a postal disruption, which may affect the timely delivery of paper property tax and water bills.
To avoid delays and ensure you view your bills on time, residents are encouraged to sign up for the NG Online Portal. Through the portal, you can view your property tax and water bills, and make payments using secure, alternate methods that do not rely on mail service. For other methods of payment, including in-person at the Municipal Centre, see the Water Bill Page or the Property Tax Page.
Once registered, you can link both your property tax and water accounts for convenient access. Download instructions on how to create an account here.
Important: In the event of a postal disruption, penalty and interest charges will still apply to payments not received by the due dates. We strongly recommend using the online portal or other payment options to avoid late fees.
Please note: Water bills are scheduled to be issued in early June. Receive your water bill via email instead by using our Service Request form (choosing ‘water’ as the topic) to request your water bill to be sent via email. Water bills are due Monday, June 30, 2025.
