Canada Day in Oxford Mills

Canada Day in Maplewood Park, under the Heritage Maple trees, is like no other!
Bring your family, friends, a picnic, stay for an hour, stay all afternoon!
We have a wonderful line up of talented local musicians to serenade you plus some local storytelling on stage.
There will be artistic face-painting, old fashioned lawn games, the Lion's Club BBQ, Dial-a-Chef crepes (including gluten free!), frozen treats, celebration cupcakes, and a whole lot of community FUN!
It all kicks off with the Legion Pipe Band, flag raising by local leaders, and singing the national anthem lead by local singer, songwriter, Anya Perry who will be the first act on stage!
Our second act is The Family Name, local brothers Jacob and Ben Matte who will get our toes a-tapping. The final but fabulous band is Jessica Pearson and the East Wind, who will win your hearts with their beautiful harmonies and soulful tunes!
