• Sharing circle Restorative Yoga (for deep rest & relaxation)
• Sound bath (featuring Himalayan singing bowls, gong, crystal lyre, chimes and more)
• Crafting crystal bead bracelets
• Oracle card readings
• Final meditation with intention setting practice

As a special gift, each participant will receive a crystal beaded bracelet and a small crystal to carry the tranquility with them. Savour complimentary refreshments and snacks as you rejuvenate your mind and spirit.
