Bring along an item (optional) that symbolizes 'self-care' for you, and be prepared to share its significance with our supportive community.
Explore different ways to (re)create this beautiful practice in a personalized way, ensuring that self-care becomes a nourishing and essential part of your routine. 
If you are a caregiver, suffering a loss, or just needing to be a little kinder to yourself this event is for you and all those in our community, who need to show themselves a little extra love.
The workshop is presented by Carrie Fawcett B.Ed, MMus, Ceremonialist and Certified Celebrant.
