Wellness in the Park

The Downtown Kemptville BIA is excited to kick off Wellness in the Park this Friday with Sarah Nestor from The Nest Wellness Centre!
Sarah is a Pelvic Health and Orthopaedic Physiotherapist with a passion for helping people move, feel, and live better at every stage of life. Drawing on her background in competitive sport, she takes an evidence-based, whole-body approach to injury recovery, pelvic health, prevention, and overall wellness.
As a certified yoga instructor, Sarah blends physiotherapy and movement to support pelvic health, stress relief, and the prenatal and postpartum journey.
Whether you’re new to fitness, looking to improve your wellness, or simply wanting to connect with others in the community, this is a wonderful opportunity to move your body and learn from one of Downtown Kemptville’s dedicated wellness professionals.
Join us this Friday and help us kick off a summer of health, movement, and community connection!
