Caring for someone with a life-limiting illness can come with a lot of questions. This free six-week training series offers practical information, hands-on learning and support to help family and informal caregivers feel more prepared and confident in their caregiving role.

Over six weeks, we’ll cover navigating care, communication and advance care planning, hands-on personal care, what to expect at end of life, grief and funeral planning, and caring for yourself along the way.

October 19th- Plannning Ahead: Advance Care Planning- Explore advance care planning, important conversations and practical considerations that can help ensure a person’s wishes and values are understood as their care needs change.
