A 6-Week Education Series for Caregivers Caring for someone with a life-limiting illness can come with a lot of questions. This free six-week training series offers practical information, hands-on learning and support to help family and informal caregivers feel more prepared and confident in their caregiving role. Over six weeks, we’ll cover navigating care, communication and advance care planning, hands-on personal care, what to expect at end of life, grief and funeral planning, and caring for yourself along the way.

Nov 16-Focus on the caregiver, with practical strategies for self-care, recognizing your own limits, managing stress and finding ways to care for yourself throughout the caregiving journey.

This is a standalone event and you do not need to participate in all sessions.
