North Grenville, ON – The Municipality of North Grenville is pleased to announce the opening of the Tourism Community Improvement Plan (CIP). This plan offers financial incentives to drive progress toward key goals, including preserving our small-town charm while supporting further community development.
“North Grenville is an incredible place to live and visit, and we have so much to offer! From our beautiful natural landscapes and agricultural heritage to our bustling downtown, historic hamlets, local businesses, trails, and cultural attractions, there really is something for everyone. Council has worked hard to create the conditions for new opportunities for our tourism sector to grow and thrive, and this program is another important step forward. We want more people to discover North Grenville, to stay a little longer, and to keep coming back! By helping local businesses and entrepreneurs invest in new opportunities, we're strengthening our local economy and showcasing everything that makes North Grenville such a perfect destination,” said Mayor, Nancy Peckford.
“The Tourism Community Improvement Plan supports the municipality’s vision for sustainable growth, accessibility, and a strong local economy. By offering targeted incentives, we’re helping drive business development that strengthens our visitor draw and supports a vibrant, thriving community for years to come,” said CAO, Karen Dunlop.
