Charlee's Hero WOD 2024 at CrossFit Kemptville!

Families are welcome! Come tackle the workout as a team with family and friends or as an individual.
There is a registration fee of $20.00 with all proceeds from the event going to birthing Unit at WDMH foundation.
You have the option to run, row or bike on the day and every other movement is infinitely scalable for all fitness levels, so no experience is necessary to participant.
