Notice: Barnes Street will be closed at the intersection with County Road 43 from July 2 to July 4, 2025 to allow for excavation and grading work. Access to businesses on Barnes Street will remain open at all times during the closure.
The Municipal Offices will be closed on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, in observance of Canada Day, and will reopen on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, during regular business hours.
There will be no waste collection on July 1. Collection will be shifted forward by one day for the remainder of the week. For the adjusted pick-up schedule, please refer to the waste collection calendar here.

Province protecting jobs and driving economic growth in North Grenville with new fixed-route service to Ottawa
KEMPTVILLE — As part of its plan to protect Ontario, the government is investing nearly $15 million to help support safe, reliable transit services in rural communities, including more than $700,000 in the Municipality of North Grenville. The funding is being delivered through the Ontario Transit Investment Fund (OTIF) and will help drive economic growth and connect more people to jobs and housing.
