North Grenville, ON – The Municipality of North Grenville is pleased to announce it has increased its Additional Residential Unit (ARU) grant to $25,000 to help property owners create more affordable housing options.
North Grenville, ON – The Municipality of North Grenville continues to work towards the upcoming renovation of Bell Hall, one of the former dormitories on the historic Kemptville Campus. This project, once realized, will create more than 60 affordable housing units, with a focus on serving seniors in our community.
North Grenville residents are reminded to conserve water and monitor private wells as drought conditions continue to affect the region.
Both South Nation Conservation Authority (SNC) and Rideau Valley Conservation Authority (RVCA Oct 2025 Update) have issued low water advisories within their jurisdictions. While only certain parts of North Grenville fall within each watershed, all residents on private groundwater wells should take steps to protect their supply.
Notice: The Municipality of North Grenville has initiated a Master Planning process in accordance with Approach 1 of the Municipal Engineers Association (MEA) Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) to develop a Water and Wastewater Master Plan for the Municipality.

NORTH GRENVILLE, ON – The Municipality of North Grenville is thrilled to share that it has received a $200,000 Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF) Capital grant to complete essential upgrades Kemptville Outdoor Pool (29 Reuben Crescent) at Riverside Park, this much-loved recreation hub. From replacing aging filter tanks and piping to renewing the pool’s coping and tiles, these improvements will ensure that the facility remains safe, reliable, and welcoming for families and swimmers of all ages for years to come.
