Reusing and recycling are easy ways to protect the environment and reduce what goes into a landfill. Currently North Grenville averages 30% waste diversion through initiatives including curbside blue box pick-up, Household Hazardous Waste drop sites and backyard composting programs. Recycling and waste that can be diverted through special programs are NOT garbage. Don't be a waster: if it's not garbage, don't put it in the garbage. Support North Grenville’s “Green and Growing” initiative while conserving natural resources and energy!
