On behalf of the Municipality of North Grenville and Members of Council, I would like to express our deep respect and gratitude for the invaluable contributions of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples to Canada’s military efforts.
North Grenville, ON – The Municipality of North Grenville is thrilled to announce that it has been awarded four (4) Blooms in the 2024 Communities in Bloom provincial competition.
This recognition underscores North Grenville’s dedication to environmental sustainability, community engagement, and beautification efforts.

The North Grenville Fire Service encourages all residents to actively engage with the 2024 Fire Prevention Week (FPW) theme, “Smoke Alarms: Make Them Work for You!”. Working smoke alarms are essential for enhancing safety during a home fire, providing critical time for escape. “This year’s Fire Prevention Week campaign serves as an important reminder for everyone to prioritize these vital safety messages and take action,” stated the Fire Service. Fire prevention week is October 6 - 12, 2024.
